Meeting reports of IFLA’s FRBR Review Group. PDFs of reports from meetings in 2002, 2003, and 2004, and later this year, as you would expect, 2005. Also, activity reports. These will give you good insight into what FRBR work is going on inside IFLA.
What is FRBR?, by Barbara Tillett of the Library of Congress, is available as a PDF online, and also as a printed booklet. It’s a good introduction to FRBR and it includes the “family of works” spectrum that Tillett drew up to show how many changes can be made to a work before it becomes a new work (or expression).
